Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom Only.

Free Shipping £50+

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of £50 and over (excluding shipping costs). We aim to dispatch items to you in 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Most of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service. Our larger products are shipped via Courier (DPD, Evri) standard shipping.

Express Shipping £4.45

We aim to dispatch items to you in 3-5 working days from receipt of order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked service. Our larger products are shipped via Courier (DPD, Evri) express shipping.

Standard Shipping £3.45

We aim to dispatch items to you in 3-5 working days from receipt of order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service. Our larger products are shipped via Courier (DPD, Evri) standard shipping.

Dispatch Times

We are a small business and dispatch times are estimated so please bear with us. Sometimes we are quicker, but sometimes it can take us a little longer, especially during peak order times i.e. Christmas.  We'll do our best to update you throughout the year on our current dispatch times via our social media, but if you have any queries then please contact us in advance of placing your order.

Shipping Times

These are estimates only and open to factors which Round the Twist have no control over. This includes incorrect addresses, COVID, Christmas delivery and other Royal Mail or Courier (DPD, Evri) restrictions causing delays. Round the Twist are not responsible for these delays and will take no action on orders affected in this way.
