Refund policy

Once your order is placed, we are generally unable to make changes to personalisations, or accept cancellations, but if you contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to assist you.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our personalised products.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event of you receiving the wrong item from us, or should an item arrive damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

When items arrive damaged due to delivery, or if they are defective, we will aim to send you a replacement order, or a refund immediately. Items will be replaced at zero cost to you, or refunded, once we receive evidence i.e. a photograph is generally acceptable.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your evidence and let you know if we are in agreement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or a replacement product sent out.

If you return anything to us, we are not responsible for return postage.
